AinGuard needs a landing page that earns the attention of a loss prevention manager or retail ops director in the 8 seconds before they decide your product is worth a second look. This proposal is that page — and a demonstration of how I'd build yours.
Every design decision, typography choice, CTA placement, and copy tone here is evidence of how I'd approach AinGuard's landing page. Read it as a proposal — and as a preview of the deliverable.
I'm not a copywriter who studied B2B. I'm a B2B operator who happens to write well. Every word I've written has been tested in market — deployed, iterated, measured.
Positioned an AI transcription API against commodity Whisper wrappers. Differentiation through outcome language, not feature comparison. Live and tested.
AI Product PositioningPositioned a legal AI workbench with a deeply technical differentiator (local-only, citation-gated) for practicing attorneys who distrust AI.
Legal AI / EnterpriseBuilt and deployed B2B directory pages across hormone health, peptides, and GLP-1 verticals — conversion-focused, live search traffic.
B2B Directory / HealthtechFull product marketing site for a compliance intelligence brand — HIPAA-aware positioning, multi-product architecture, conversion flow for membership.
Compliance / Membership SaaSEvery landing page I write follows the same conversion architecture — adapted to the product, the buyer, and the competitive context. No 12-week agency engagement. Speed and signal.
Who is the primary buyer? What do they fear most? What does success look like in their language?
The single line that earns the next scroll. The axis everything else pivots on.
Awareness → Consideration → Decision. Each section earns the right to the next.
Every headline answers the question the buyer is already asking themselves.
CTA language is tested as part of the copy, not appended at the end.
Fixed price. No dev required yet. Delivered in 2–3 weeks. 50% on engagement start, 50% on final delivery.
Week 1
Weeks 1–2
Weeks 2–3
All three phases. 50% at start, 50% at delivery. Optional visual wireframe add-on via Design Studio: +$1,800, +7–10 days.
Every week has a clear deliverable and a clear owner. Your review cycles are the only variable that can push the timeline.
Deep-dive call: product walkthrough, buyer research, competitive context. I ask the questions your target buyer would ask — so the page is built on what earns trust, not what sounds good in a deck.
Section-by-section draft with annotated notes for your designer. Two rounds of revisions included. If the positioning brief was off, we fix it first — then the copy.
CTA logic document delivered. Page flow rationale explained. Designer and developer notes provided. Final copy ready to hand off to dev — no second round of messaging discussions.
Even rough answers are fine. The positioning brief is only as good as the context you give me.
Any existing demos, beta results, or internal docs. A 60-min recorded walkthrough is the next best thing.
Who is the primary buyer — LP manager, ops director, security director, C-suite? What do they fear most?
Who else is doing this? What are buyers comparing you against today? Status quo counts.
Any existing positioning, website copy, pitch decks, or sales scripts.
What's the desired conversion action? Demo request, call, trial signup?
When does the landing page need to be live? Any funding milestone or launch driving that date?
Signal Loom AI (signalloomai.com) — AI transcription API, differentiated from commodity Whisper wrappers through outcome-focused language. JurisCore (juriscorelegal.com) — legal AI workbench, highly technical differentiator made accessible to practicing attorneys. AEGCompliance — compliance membership product with multi-page conversion architecture. TRT/HRT/Peptides/GLP-1 Finder directories — B2B healthtech directories with live search traffic. This page is itself a live example of the work.
The process includes buyer research, competitive framing, messaging hierarchy, and annotated section-by-section copy with CTA logic built in — not appended at the end. If the positioning is wrong, the copy is expensive to fix. So we solve positioning first.
Annotated section flow, conversion logic per block, CTA placement rationale. If visual wireframes are required, I work with a Design Studio partner who can produce production-ready wireframes from my structural brief. Add-on: +$1,800, additional 7–10 days.
Recommendation: Skip wireframes for Phase 1. Get the message right first, then visualize it.
Discovery + Positioning $1,500 | Landing Page Copy $3,500 | CTA Strategy $1,000. Optional wireframe add-on: +$1,800.
Week 1: Discovery call + Positioning Brief. Week 2: Full copy draft. Week 2–3: CTA strategy + final handoff. Timeline assumes your review cycles are 1–2 business days between phases. Delays on your end push delivery accordingly.
Product access, buyer profile, competitive context, current messaging, CTA intent, and decision timeline. Even rough answers are fine. I'd rather start with imperfect context and correct it than wait for perfect context and never start.
Reply with answers to the six questions above and I'll send an engagement agreement today. 50% at start, 50% at delivery — no long-term commitment required.
